[alma-config]Listing of configuration face-to-face meetings

Folks,

Jennifer is putting together at the request of the JAO PM a comprehensive, 
chronological listing of 'significant' ALMA meetings (at the IPT and 
Project levels), by gathering and compiling any records I'm able to 
obtain -- and all of this by Friday, 24 September.  JAO PM will then have 
it to review and digest before the IPT meeting the following week.  I've 
been asked to provide:

1) A list of pertinent ALMA Science meetings conducted -- beginning 
January 2000 through present
2) Specific/general topics
3) List of attendees
4) Location and/or type (face-to-face, video, audio)
5) Meeting content -- Before panic sets in, this can be derived from 
formal minutes, if taken; but more likely from informal, 
handwritten/electronic notes if/when available.  In the case of the 
latter, faxed or e-mailed copies are perfectly acceptable.

Here is the list of configuration meetings.  Please amplify, correct,
or deny.
